So you couldn’t make any voice calls using Jio SIM till now?

Solution:

  1. check data permission - > must be given to Jio from sim card settings (call permission too )
  2. re-insert SIM tray & check again
  3. Reboot the phone & check
  4. try to use data & calls - whether data is working & calls are not ? or both aren’t working?
  5. Use same SIM in any other phone & check
  6. call your service provider & ask for new configuration settings (in case you have played with APN settings)
