I wonder who is handling the @tcare customer care executive helpline but believe me it has been a lot better earlier. Now some irritating voice say "welcome to sale (or safe or something else), please wait while your call is being transferred". I waited for 5 goddamn minutes and you disconnect the call. Why the hell did you keep me waiting while you don't connect the call. At least earlier I use to get connected after waiting for 15 minutes or 30 mins also. I don't know how many of you know the depth of this issue, when you have an issue and you couldn't resolve it then what is the point of having a forum, community, lots of users and still face the issue. And don't stamp me as anti smartron coz if I was I won't purchase this phone twice and gift a 3rd one to my grandma... So before you guys judge me, remember I had faith in smartron and it's falling down.
