Why are you guys so stubborn about not providing users with what they really ask for ?
We the customers asked for Oreo update : The company said it won't provide one .
We the customers asked for Bootloader Unlocking method : The company doesn't have an answer .
After so many complaints , there's finally an announcement for an update , which the users are very skeptical about based on reports from S.R.T. users about the kind of updates they received . And even then , the company is making the users wait indefinitely .
We the customers paid for the product , and are using this . We want to make the best out of this device and asked the company to let the indie developers to get their hands on this device , only because the company is failing to fix the bugs and provide decent updates .
Other companies are open to independent developers even without having these issues . What's the deal Smartron ? Are you intentionally making things hard for the customer ? Don't you see the pile of complaints in this forum ?
Please , provide us with the Bootloader Unlocking method. Please . Why do you have to be so mean to the customers ? Yes, we made a mistake buying your product , at least have the decency to let us manage with it by Rooting the device .
