I am using a Smartron t-phone T5511 (Steel Blue, 64 GB). Bought on 8th March 2018. The phone is amazing. However since september last week the battery performance has been going down drastically. I have raised a complaint on 2nd october (Ticket No:5384219750) regarding this issue and was told someone will come and pick it up for service. Its november 8th now and im still following up. Need your help in getting your team to send someone to collect it asap before it starts melting in heat.
ISSUE: Heavy heat(literally cant hold the phone if the call goes on for more than few mins). A full charge started lasting only last only 2 to 3 hours max, if i keep the data off. It takes almost 3+ hrs to charge again keeping data off..so mostly phone is off or without data on or on charging.
Also the phone has started getting really hot while using it to jus speak. Please assist in getting this resolved and help if it requires a battery change. I am looking at using it only for 1 year but hardly 6months is too early to dispose off a phone,
