Today i managed to get in touch with customercare number. Mr. Sai Kumar spoke to me and assured that pick up will be arranged for saturday or max by monday. Hope things move on this time.

can u help with the pick arrangement...its still now picked up ..was supposed to be picked up on saturday 17th nov. also the customer care number is getting answered and immeiately disconnected by someone. happend atleast 8 times today. but none talking.
its interesting the call gets answered and disconnected immediately by someone..tried almost 10 times now.. you can try calling from your mobile and u might understand what i am talking about. complaint given on 2nd oct, after followup and pick confirmed for 17th nov and still not done. helpless and clueless.

im not sure why your team doesn't respond to even your push. Even if they call they are going to say that pick up will be arranged. but that doesnt seem to be happening aswell since 2nd oct(when i raised the issue)
