After writing this long suggestion I thought to address to head of Smartron @RohitRathi, Sir , do read this & kindly reply on this.
Hi @Abhishek_TV, being unaware I am questioning, why smartron can't build a strong software team and do it's own flavor of ROM like other mobile companies .I agree ,it will be difficult but if you do so , you build a strong customer base as you are the first Indian smart phone company, your approach to customer through forum is a excellent idea. You stopped update for t phone because of no support from Android , now for SRT. But, even today probably 1 month back Redmi 1s released update, being Chinese company and it is 2nd phone after Redmi 1 still ppl are using it and it has resale value of 1500 rs , I agree it is very easy for me to talk or blog here, but I really don't know I developed Sentiment on this forum , I had very high hope. Being a Chinese company within 5 yrs they became highest seller of smart phones in India , I thought SMARTRON will be India's No 1 phone in future . Compared to all other smart phones harware configuration is really good for its price but you miserably failed in software.
Abhishek, you have done your best as a moderator but Smartron is your company where you are working and you being a part smartron team you have full right and authority to convey heartfelt pain of SRT , t phone and t phone p users.
All users of smartron product whether phones , laptop or anything, they blindly invested their money only because to support Indian company.
If you loose confidence of people they move to other brand that company improves , what about **First Indian Smartphone Company The Smartron ** . This is getting bigger but I still want to say,
Google approached Nokia they said NO Samsung emerged in Android phones before this Samsung were into TV purchasing from panel from Sharp, washing machine also rebranded.
Due to negligence of BSNL , Airtel grew to the heights.
Original Superstar Rajesh Khanna said NO to the movie Shehansha Amitabh Bachchan emerged.
OUR attitude or strategy should be like Shahruk Khan , he never demands money from the producer but he earns crores from endorsements he comes in 1 re endorsement to lakhs of rupees endorsements. His vision of life is to make as much of movies or endorsement or dancing for big fat wedding as much as possible whether it is good or bad , but he wants to get into audience mind. When you look , feel, taste a thing frequently mind gets addicted and crave for the same.
There was a survey done in USA long back . In a theater they had two counter of soft drinks one coca cola and another Pespsi , Coca Cola wanted to improve their business as Pepsi was almost leading them. At that time in the theater they were using film reels , at the end of every reel usually a blank black screen used to come for a second, so Coco Cola decided to put Coco Cola name in that 1 second of blank screen , they tried this on one show to know the result & all audience bought only Coco Cola .
Now , Smartron has started to getting into the people's mind , don't come out .
Saying " What you Sow( Phone, Laptop, Software Support, Hardware quality, Technical support) is What you Reap ( Long lasting Fame, Money ).
