I purchased a srt.phone for my friend earlier. Hand set became inactive in month of august 2018. He submitted it to Smartron service centre, Varanasi on 06 august 2018 approx (ticket no 5375919024) . But it is over 2 months and no positive feedback is given by smartron. Can you tell me how long you keep mobile sets for repair under warranty.
Is this correct service? Do you agree that this procedure of negligence of customer service is correct?
